Friday, 18 April 2008 Iran Focus/ Tehran, Iran, Apr. 18 – A senior official in Iran’s hard-line dominated Majlis (Parliament) has stressed that "resolutions and sanctions imposed against Iran will never stop the country's nuclear program”, state media reported on Thursday.Alaeddin Boroujerdi, the head of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, reiterated that no new international proposal would be considered by Tehran if it included a provision that Iran suspends uranium enrichment, state television quoted him as saying on Wednesday. He was referring to a possible future incentives package to be offered to Tehran by the United Nations’ P5+1 states – Britain, China, France, Germany, Russia and the United States.
